Bladder scans are non invasive ultrasound devices allowing the user to obtain a full understanding of the bladder itselft and the urine volume eventually retained inside it.

They permit to avoid invasive and risky catheterization processes for the patient,thus making the whole exam more comfortable.

It is a quite important exam as residual urine volume may be dangerous for patient's health resulting in many lower urinary tract pathologies.
